Mentorship for LEAP Foundation
Earlier today, I served as a mentor for the second year in the LEAP (Leadership, Excellence, Acceleration Potential) Foundation, co-founded by my colleague Dr. Bill Dorfman. The LEAP Leadership Program is held at UCLA and is a non-profit organization committed to educating young adults in the value of goal-setting, effective communication, and the invaluable power of mentorship – all of which are essential in helping today’s youth succeed.
It is always a pleasure to be a part of such an uplifting event! The mentorship session is held on the last day for high school and college students as a way to empower our next generation of leaders. As always, I met other inspirational mentors who are leaders in their respective fields and am always uplifted by the exhilarating enthusiasm of the students! This year’s session was incredible…I can’t wait until next year’s!
